We operate a local directory of septic service companies serving the Brazos Valley area of Texas. We are not a septic service provider ourselves, and we do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any work performed by companies listed on the Site.

No Endorsement or Warranty

• Listings are provided for informational purposes. We do not independently verify licensing, insurance, certifications, or the quality of work of any listed company.
• Sponsored or featured placement is a paid advertising position and does not constitute an endorsement or a guarantee of service quality.
• Ratings, reviews, and photos may be sourced from third-party services (such as Google) and reflect those platforms, not our own assessment.
• Any agreement or transaction between you and a company found through the Site is solely between you and that company. We are not a party to it and are not liable for any dispute, damage, or loss arising from it.

Submitting a Listing

If you submit a business listing or update request, you confirm the information is accurate and that you're authorized to submit it on behalf of the business. We review submissions before publishing and may edit, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion.

Paid Placements

Sponsored placements are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Contact contact@brazosvalleyseptic.com to cancel or ask about billing.

External Links

The Site may link to third-party websites (company websites, blog resources, product recommendations). We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites.

Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your dealings with any listed company.
