• Usage data. We use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic patterns. This does not use tracking cookies or collect personally identifiable information.

How We Use Your Information

• To connect homeowners who request quotes with septic companies in our directory.
• To review, publish, and maintain business listings.
• To respond to inquiries sent to contact@brazosvalleyseptic.com.
• To process payments for sponsored placements (handled directly by Stripe — see below).

Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third parties to operate the Site:

• Supabase — database and file storage for listings, leads, and uploaded photos.
• Resend — sends transactional emails (e.g. new lead and listing notifications).
• Stripe — processes sponsorship payments. We never see or store your payment card details; Stripe's own privacy policy governs that data.
• Google Places API — supplies public business information (ratings, photos) for listed companies.
• Vercel — hosting and aggregate analytics.

Sharing With Septic Companies

If you submit a quote request, the details you provide are shared with septic companies in our directory so they can contact you directly. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Your Choices

You can ask us to correct or remove information you've submitted (a listing, an update request, or a quote request) at any time by emailing contact@brazosvalleyseptic.com.
